Project and production management
I turn ideas into plans, teams, schedules and decision making systems. I coordinate partners, artists, suppliers and the practical delivery.
Palace of Art presents
I understand scores and budgets. I connect artistic intuition, production discipline, visual thinking and business into projects that can be not only imagined, but delivered.
ART × LOGIC × COURAGE“Gain experience, find the connections between it and apply them in the future.”
I am a trained arts manager and music dramaturge. Since 2018, I have led Palace of Art, launching and coordinating cultural, educational, marketing and technology projects. My natural position is between the idea and its delivery, where the creative intention needs to be understood, a system built, people connected and the project brought to its audience or market.
Rather than one narrow profession, I bring together capabilities that strengthen one another in creative projects.
I turn ideas into plans, teams, schedules and decision making systems. I coordinate partners, artists, suppliers and the practical delivery.
I read scores and context. As a dramaturge and violist, I understand the inner logic of a work, the rhythm of collaboration and ensemble practice.
I create logos, visual systems, communication materials, presentations and digital outputs that give ideas a recognisable face.
I connect projects with clients, partners and markets. I seek the business model, articulate value and turn good contacts into lasting relationships.

Edevart Orchestra / violaMusic taught me to listen to the whole and to every individual voice. Playing the viola, studying dramaturgy and working with opera and festivals shaped the way I manage projects: knowing when to lead, when to support and when to let the right voice be heard.
Jam Bandit was an electro funk, alternative punk band in which I played electro acoustic mandolin. Live performance, shared rhythm and the energy of playing together, another experience where the result depends on listening to others and precise timing.
Professional projects, stage, music, university and even a construction site in Chicago. Every environment taught me a different way of working with people, systems and responsibility.

Working in front of the camera has given me a practical view of a film set from the other side. Extra and acting work in international productions, television, student films and advertising is another layer in how I understand image, rhythm and teamwork.

Experience is not a collection of items. Its value begins when we discover the connections between them.
Running reminds me that energy, pace and decisions have to be managed across the whole course. I run half marathons because they test discipline and the ability to respond when the plan stops feeling comfortable. In sport and in projects, it matters not to burn too much energy at the start, to pace yourself wisely and to reach the finish successfully.
Pace yourself. Stay on course. Reach the finish.
